I have never been to New York as an adult but have to admit... when I think of NY I think of the city and tall buildings. Well, where we went there was none of the above. There happened to be plenty of farms, cows and corn for what seemed to be the entire world. My eyes were opened to another part of NY. A beautiful part I never knew existed. If you have never seen this part you need to find time. I promise you will love it!
Since meeting my handsome man we have traveled to NY 4 times. You would think I've met my quota for the year right?... wrong... I'll be going again 2 more times in the next couple of weeks. Then I think we're good for a while. I believe I literally met his ENTIRE family while we were there. If any of you are reading this please do not hold it against me if I don't remember your name upon returning. I promise I'll get them right eventually :-)
Here are a couple of shots of the kids while we were visiting. It was their first time feeding cows and pigs and they loved every minute of it. If they went missing we were sure to find them either playing in the hay up in the barn or talking to the animals.
here are two of the three ladies of the farm... Pancake and Chocolate Milk. Pancake just had a baby (hiding to the left) and K chose to name her Milky Way :-)...
this little lady was one of Landon's best friends by the time we left :-) ... Pancake up close...
hanging with the pigs...
this one cracks me up! this pig looks like she has a smile on her face...
and the most adorable addition to the family and New York..... meet baby E. Stuart's new little nephew. He is as sweet as he is cute!
